April 14th, 2005 - We had our 2nd OFR meeting tonight.  In all honesty we both thought it was a complete success.  We announced some of our new ideas that we had been keeping secret and announced some dates of which we will be starting our core projects.  We announced our main fundraising idea of making documentaries/music videos for bands around this part of Ohio.  It's something we would like to take very serious so we can make money for props and equipment.  So if anyone knows of any bands or is in a band we would love to hear from you.  More about the documentary idea will be posted on this website on a later date.  We also talked a little bit about our two short films we have been working on.  Teresa and Sean are writing and directing a short film called Sex Stories and Burgers and Sean and David have been working on a short called Bad Timing.  Both of these shorts will be done very shortly.  Haha...shorts....shortly....sorry....it's late.  Our first attempt at an action movie was talked about tonight.  The final draft of which will be finished within the next month.  We will be looking for a cast for this movie within the next month or two.  We hope those of you who attended the meeting felt well informed and educated about our organization.  You should all feel as though you are a part of our company now.  Thanks to all who took the time out of their busy schedules to hear what we are about.  I hope you all are as excited as we are and all looking forward to the coming year.  Goodnight to all and thanks again!

 

April 3rd, 2005 - It's been awhile.  I'm aware.  You'll live.  We are currently in the pre-production phase of three short films.  Due to scheduling things have been lagging behind, however things are starting to pick back up.  Thanks to our stage manager things will be very organized in the coming weeks.  We have a lot of brilliant ideas we have been establishing and working on projects for the future of OFR.  We are still in need for any potential actors/actresses and tech crew.  If you are interested at all in an experience to learn the production and the movie making process right along with us, please use the form on the "join the team" link on the side of this page and seize the opportunity to be creative.
