Whew...what a break that has been. We've got some plans ladies and gentlemen. That's right. Big plans. We've made some
changes in the company so that OFR isn't run by only two people. We've decided to make five officers in the company so that
we have an odd number for voting purposes. That way things will get done faster, more efficiently, and a little more realistically.
The five of us will meet at least once a month to talk about what will be occurring in the following month. That way it's
not all talk and we set goals for ourselves for each month. What is talked about in these meetings will then be e-mailed
to the other members of OFR. If there are any big issues with OFR that we feel the rest of the company needs a vote or a
voice in, we will call up an all members meeting and address these issues. There will also be an e-mail going out in the
next couple of days to everyone who is on our e-mailing list. If you do not receive an e-mail by Monday, please e-mail the
ohioforrent@yahoo.com address and let us know you want to be a part of OFR. Or fill out the application on this website for
joining OFR. If you are new and want to join, please fill out the application here as I stated before. I hope this is a
